Non-technical founder needed iOS and Android live before a pre-seed pitch, with six weeks to ship and no technical co-founder.
Built a React Native app with push notifications, a coach-facing admin dashboard, and subscription billing via RevenueCat. Shipped to both stores on week six, one week before the pitch.
Six months of freelance work left a B2B founder with a broken prototype and a client demo in two weeks.
Audited the codebase, rebuilt the data model and API layer, redesigned the core UI, and delivered a stable, demo-ready product in 11 days. The client signed the day after the demo.
A fintech founder needed a working product for a Series A meeting in seven weeks, not a clickable prototype.
Built a full-stack platform with Stripe Connect for multi-party payouts, real-time transaction feeds, and an admin console. Shipped in seven weeks with a clean codebase and full source handoff.
An edtech founder had a solid audience but only a waitlist landing page, and investors wanted to see a working product.
Built a video course platform with progress tracking, a quiz engine, and Stripe-gated enrollment in five weeks. The first cohort sold out within a week of launch.
We help you choose what to build, what to prove first, and which path gets you to a useful product without paying for the wrong version.
We turn the idea, half-built app, or business brief into a sharp first release: the core user journey, the must-have features, and the work that can wait.
Launch site, clickable prototype, web app, or native iOS and Android? We compare the options, platform trade-offs, and existing tools before recommending the route.
We map the flows, design the key screens, and build against real scenarios. You see the product working on your phone or browser while decisions are still easy to change.
We ship the working version, connect the accounts, and hand over the code and keys. You leave with a live product—and a clear next move based on what users do.
Strategy-first work for founders who want more than a typical site build. Every package starts with user flows and case scenarios, and includes unlimited revisions while we build.
100% handcrafted for products built to handle 1M+ users. Every line of code is human-written and reviewed. AI is used only for image generation and routine API integration.
Upon prototype or MVP, we hand off to our partner network for dedicated engineering teams and enterprise-scale solutions.
Human-generated code data, SFT & RLHF
End-to-end pipeline, PoC to production
Senior & lead-level engineering talent
Native iOS, Android & web applications
Intuitive designs that drive engagement
Not an agency handoff. Not a marketplace match. The person scoping your project is the same person designing, building, and shipping.
Most founders end up coordinating across agencies, independent specialists, and distributed teams before a product is ready. I built this studio to bring those moving parts into one accountable partnership. One person owns the design, the code, the QA, and the deadline. You know who to call, and that person has the full context, so every decision moves your product forward.
You talk to the person making the decisions, not an account manager relaying them.
See working previews, respond quickly, and make changes before they become expensive.
The code, accounts, and assets are yours, whether you keep working with me or bring in a team.
When the brief calls for it, I can bring in trusted specialist partners for the extra expertise or delivery capacity your product needs.
Before this we were reshooting the same thing four times over and still not matching. Now every reel and every cover looks like it came from the same place. I don't have to explain the look to anyone anymore, it is just built into how we work. The journal covers were the part I was most nervous about and they have ended up being my favourite thing we have made.
We sell cheese, which is not a category people show up excited about online. The four-zone layout meant we stopped rebuilding every product page from scratch, and Manny gave the whole catalogue a personality it did not have before. Getting a new SKU live takes a fraction of the time it used to.
I'd been scrolling doors for weeks and they all looked identical in those white studio shots. Seeing the Onex actually slide open in a real office was the thing that made me stop. Ordered it the same week.
Built by a founder who has worn every hat — not just a dev team.
Most web-only tools struggle to build habit. We ship to both app stores so your product lives where users actually spend time.
App store reviews can delay even urgent fixes. We push updates the moment you approve them, so you stay responsive to users.
Email gets ignored. Push notifications show up like a text message. We wire them in from day one so you can re-engage users at the right moment.
Payment integrations should not delay launch. We ship subscriptions, upgrades, and one-time purchases as part of the build, ready to earn on launch day.
Most hosting bills spike right when you can least afford a distraction. Our infrastructure scales with your growth. The invoice doesn't.
Too many founders discover they can't leave because the agency holds the accounts. Every line of code, every design file, and every API key is yours from day one.
The five disciplines that keep an early-stage product coherent — learned by building, pivoting, and shipping my own products.
Every tool here is chosen for what it gives your product — not what's fashionable. Hover or tap any card to see how it's used.
How your concept becomes screens you can tap, share with investors, and test with real users.
The engineering that powers the app your users install, open, and pay for.
Payments, updates, and code safety wired in from the start — not bolted on after.
Multiple frontier models review every decision and catch weak spots before your users do.
You never pay the model bills, and you never get locked in. When a better tool ships, we swap it in — your product always runs on what's best right now, and every line of code stays yours.
New idea, existing product, or something in between: describe it in plain English. You'll get a plan, a price, and a timeline back within 24 hours. No sales pitch.
A real founder reads every message. No bots, no SDR follow-ups.
Source code, accounts, designs, domains. Yours from day one.
Most builds go live within a month of kickoff.
What we quote is what you pay. No surprises, ever.
Pricing, timelines, scope, ownership, and what happens after launch.
We have four public packages: a $1,399 Launch Site, a $4,799 Figma-led Prototype, an MVP between $9,000 and $19,000, and a Custom-Scale build starting at $30,000. The Launch Site is built directly in Lovable or Replit from your design direction, then deployed and handed over to you. The Prototype includes the full Figma design phase. Pricing is fixed up front, so you know the number before we start.
MVPs ship in 3 to 8 weeks from kickoff, depending on scope. Launch Sites are typically delivered in 3 to 5 business days and Prototypes in 5 to 10 days. We work in tight weekly cycles with shared previews so you see progress every few days, not at the end.
An MVP includes product design, a working iOS, Android, or web app, authentication, a database, payments where relevant, deployment to your accounts, and a basic landing page. You get the source code, a written handoff doc, and a walkthrough of how everything is wired together so a future team can pick it up.
You do. All source code, design files, and third-party accounts (App Store, Google Play, hosting, database, payments) are created in your name and transferred to you. There is no lock-in to Start Apps Studio. You can keep building with us, take it to another team, or hire in-house.
We default to React and React Native (via Expo) on the front end, with Node and Postgres on the back end, deployed to Replit, Vercel, or your preferred host. We pick the stack to match the founder, not the other way around. If you have an existing codebase or a strong preference, we work in it.
Every build includes a 2-week post-launch window where we fix anything broken on us, free of charge. After that, founders typically either run with the codebase themselves, hire an in-house engineer, or keep us on as a fractional product team on a small monthly retainer. We will tell you honestly which option fits your stage.
Yes. Most of our founders are non-technical. We translate vague ideas into clear scopes, run the technical decisions for you, and write everything down in plain English. You get a real product without needing to learn the stack or manage engineers.
Absolutely. Pitch prototypes are one of our most common engagements. We build a polished, interactive app on real infrastructure that investors can tap through on their phone. We scope it to your deck timeline: typically 5 to 10 days for a Figma-led clickable prototype and 3 to 5 weeks for a fully functional pre-seed demo.
Yes. Our $1,399 Launch Site package is built directly in Lovable or Replit from your direction, then deployed as a responsive, editable website. It is ideal for a launch page, marketing site, or early SaaS presence. Figma is optional here; the full Figma design phase is part of the $4,799 Prototype package. We deliver Launch Sites in 3 to 5 business days.
Yes. We frequently take over half-built apps from Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, or freelance teams. We start with a short paid audit, give you an honest read on what is salvageable, and either rebuild the weak parts or finish the MVP. Either way, you walk away with a clean, shippable codebase you actually own.
